[GRASS-PSC] GRASS PSC elections 2026 — Nomination of Corey White

[Chief Return Officer (CRO) - GRASS PSC election 2026]

Dear members of the GRASS community,

Corey White has accepted a nomination by Alen Mangafić:

Corey is a dedicated contributor whose work spans core modules, add-ons, 
website maintenance and documentation. He teaches geospatial modeling 
with GRASS at NC State University, recently co-authored a GRASS chapter 
in the 2nd edition of Geomorphometry and actively represents GRASS 
through workshops and conference talks. Through his company OpenPlains 
he also develops practical solutions built on GRASS.

Beyond his technical contributions, what stands out to me is Corey's 
energy, kindness and genuine commitment to the community. I believe his 
expertise, fresh perspectives and enthusiasm for helping GRASS grow and 
innovate would make him an excellent addition to the PSC.
