[GRASS-stats] GRASS-R: which operating systems are used?

Hi,

here at the GRASS GIS Community meeting 2024 [1] we're discussing a bit the R-GRASS GIS interface.

A question raised up here: which operating systems (MS windows, MAC, linux, other) are mostly used.

just drop a short note here for a quick survey.
