[GRASS translations] first problem

Dear Translators....
I'm a newbie to this work and I'm trying to start but after
entering ./locale:

../include/Make/Module.make:5: ../include/Make/Grass.make: No such file
or directory
../include/Make/Module.make:34: warning: overriding commands for target

target `/'
make: *** No rule to make target `../include/Make/Grass.make'.  Stop.
