[GRASS translations] GRASS spanish translation

Hi Joel and everybody

Now we seems to be two interested in more information about how to proceed in the translation of grass to Spanish.

Me and two other Southamerican researchers are interested in collaborate on this, we can work together and coordinate with Joel.
