[GRASS translations] Portuguese translation.

  I want to start translating GRASS software and documentation to
brazilian portuguese but I don't have a clue on how to do that.
 I started using GRASS for agriculture and ambiental integration in my
university and I plan to reach a full free software solution on GIS
for digital inclusion. 
 I would be pleased if someone could tell me how to start.
