[GRASS translations] grasstcl_XX.po into spanish

Hi all,
yesterday night I was looking to make some translation into spanish. I 
saw the grassmods and grasslibs spanish po files, but there isn't any 
grasstcl_es.po file. How can I get o generate it? The first thing I 
thought was taking an existing grasstcl po file and changing its name 
but, is this the best thing to do?

I think that, for a non english speaker's first approach to GRASS, 
translating grasstcl is more important than translating the other two 
files, don't you think?

ayer por la noche estuve intentando de traducir algo al español. Vi los 
archivos .po grassmods y grasslibs pero no existe grasstcl_es.po. ¿Cómo 
puedo conseguirlo o generarlo? Lo primero que pensé fue tomar otro 
archivo tipo grasstcl y cambiarle el nombre pero ¿es la mejor manera de 
proceder?

Creo que, para un posible nuevo usuario de GRASS que no hable inglés, le 
sería más útil que se tradujera grasstcl que qualquiera de los otros dos 
archivos, ¿no creéis?
