[GRASS translations] Issues with font rendering in tkgrass

Oops, my bad, don't know why I though you were running Ubuntu...

As for the project, projection thing, if you want I can take a look at
the tcl_pt.po files and do a quick review. Did the diffs I sent you
worked?
