I think someone is working on Spanish translation. In the head of po
file you can see who worked on that file, and you can contact him

The best solution is:
- use the last po file downloaded from svn
- when done some translation and you don't work on it for some days
send the file to markus, he upload the file on svn and if someone else
want traduce take the last version from svn
