Markus,

Can you log into weblate.osgeo.org with your OSGeo account.

Once you log in I can give you Admin rights and then you can setup any
projects you need.

For github integration if you want to use the pull request model, you
will need to setup the project as Github instead of git.

Pull requests will come from osgeoweblate github account.
Here is an example of what one looks like:

If you need help pulling over the files let me know.
The tricky part is you have to setup Component Discovery to have the
files pull over and continue to update.
