HPGL from GRASS

Dave Satnik has a number of HPGL plot routines at Central Washington
University.  There are equivalents of d.text (with arbitrary text
rotation), d.sites, d.labels and d.vect.  He would like to finish d.rast
and then put it all into one package sometime before August, but that
will depend on available time and perhaps a small amount of financial
