v.digit problems

Dear Grassu-readers,
We have a problem with v.digit installing.
We follow the rules in the instalation-guide for the calcomp en the
none digitizer.
But still when we start v.digit a message appears that something is
wrong with the digitcap file:
 -> Error in reading digitcap file.
    Contact your Grass system administrator

In the digitcap-file is the following information:
 -> none:nodig:digit: Run without the digitizer
    calcomp:/dev/digi_rs:digit: calcomp kamer 1716

Can anyone help me in what I must do to make this work ?
