RDBM for ESIX 386

Presently, we are running grass4 on a 486 clone using the Esix SV R4. At this time we do not have a fortran compiler with which to complile RIM. Does anyone have a compiled version that we could arrange to obtain? Or could someone suggest an alternative RDBM that could be used with minimal effort or a low cost fortran compiler compatible with the ESIX operating system.
