and/or         grassp-request at moon.cecer.army.mil


Type           unsubscribe

at the beginning of a line in the subject or body of your mail message.  The list
will send you a confirmation message when your name has been deleted from the list.
If this doesn't work, send a message describing your problem(s) to 
lists-owner at moon.cecer.army.mil.
