GRASS FTP site

Please don't send problem reports about the ftp site to these lists.
The person who is responsible for the ftp site (which involves more
than just grass) is rnorth at moon.cecer.army.mil, but he isn't t
subscribed to the grass email lists so he won't see these reports.
Send mail directly to him.  what problems you are having. I have
forwarded most of the reports to him, but you should send the reports
to him directly.
