Tektronix Colorquick Printer

HELP!! Our printer is acting up and I need to print some maps.

We are using the tek4697 driver with a Tektronix Colorquick Printer.
It does not print the left border (neatline) or the left line for the
boxes in the colortable.  Does anyone know why or where to look for the 
problem????  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
