help for d.3d images

Given the limitations of d.3d (compared to SG3d), any "jazzing" up of the
image to be displayed has to be done prior to using d.3d.

Explore the shade.rel.sh command and develop a good shade relief model for your 
your area, using "natural" sun angles.

Use d.his to "blend" the shade relief model into your image (h_map=data.map
i_map=shade.map, ignore the saturation map).  This works real well when
the color for zero (0) is white.  Use "out=" option to save output.

Drap the output of d.his over your elevation data in d.3d.
This map is no longer data, merely a graphic, but GREAT results are
possible.
