v.patch and i.ortho.photo in update package

There are problems with these programs:

1. v.patch is a correct code and the update.sh will replace you code
with the fixed version. But it will not recompile it because it is
missing from the list of directories to recompile. Steve March is fixing
it right now but if you already installed updates, go to v.pach directory
and recompile the code.

2. imagery/i.ortho.photo/photo2target analyze.c still uses index()
instead of G_index(). I got a report from a developer that it was fixed,
so we put it out with the update package claiming that i.ortho.photo
compiles now on Intergraph. It doesn't. If you are on Intergraph or
other platforms that don't have index() make this change by hand.
But still aply updates to i.ortho.photo, since there were some other usefull
changes.
