Artificial Neural Networks and Grass

There was a presentation about this on '93 GRASS conference
held in Reston, VA.


However, there are zillions of NN algorithms. If you use
different algorithms, it would be a great contribution
to GRASS. In addition, upon my own experience with
neuro-classification of remotely sensed data, a great
attention should be given to encoding/decoding the data
before a real classification is performed.
