We have installed GRASS on a RISC6000 model 520. No special advise required just go ahead and follow the instructions in the installations manual. You may face some problem in compiling r.mapcalc. You can get in touch with me if you face any problems Nalneesh Gaur ngaur at chief.ecn.uoknor.edu
