My suggestion to people trying to compile the new s.surf.tps
under GRASS4.0 would be to wait for GRASS4.1 - it should
appear on moon within 2 weeks, it has fixed bug for the
computation of aspect (for values 0-0.5) and you will not
have problems with additional work of compiling the programs
which were not a part of grass4.0 and are used by s.surf.tps.
