Compiling RIM on HP9000/750

Has anyone compiled RIM on an HP9000 series machine using any Fortran 
compiler besides the one HP offers for a mere S2000?  I've seen some 
other Fortran compilers for Unix that are around S500, but don't know 
if they work with all Unix flavors or if they would work for RIM.
