Xgrass

I ftp'd the source from 'moon', got everything all set up and compiled.
I wanted to use the Xdriver, but don't seem to find the executable
'xgrass', per the XGRASS User's Guide, file anywhere. So what did I miss?  

Appreciate any pointers.
