d.vect

I have put a d.vect modification on moon. It is called d.vect.lu, it uses
a lookup table for line-attributes to find the color in wich a line has to
be displayed. The program deals only with line-vectormaps. There is a file
README which describes the format and location of the lookuptables.
The program is packed in a compressed cpio-archive, called vect.lu.cpio.Z, and
stored in the directory /grass/incoming on moon.cecer.army.mil
