r.le maintenance release due shortly

Version 2.0 beta of the r.le programs has been on the incoming directory of
the moon server for a couple of months.  There were bugs in the r.le.patch
program that affected area calculations and produced occasional spurious
single pixel patches.  I have code nearly done to fix these problems and
about 30 other less significant bugs.  If you are interested in the r.le
programs, you may want to wait a little to download the programs, as there
will be a new version on the server soon.  I will send a mail message
about its availability.
