i.rectify

	What is the magnitude of errors introduced by the i.rectify
algorithm? We are comparing two methods of coastal erosion analysis,
one with GRASS and 1:5000 air photos scanned at 800dpi and the other
by the traditional methods with a sterescope.  I want to be able to
figure out how much distortion and loss of resolution is introduced
by scanning and then by rectifying, so we can look at the reasons
for differences between the 2.
