Hi., The programmers manual does indeed stop on page 2...there is a problem with
 the postscript file upto page 5...it's OK from page 6...I suggest you delete 
pages 2 to 5 by editing the postscript file (it's pretty straightforward)...
You will be missing only a page in the process...there is a jump from page 2 to 
page 6 (but only one actual page get's lost)...Good luck. Let me know if you
