please, help me with projection mismatch

   I am getting message 

WARNING: [nations] in mapset [PERMANENT] - in different projection than
         current region
using  d.rast nations in GLOBAL location. How do I make it to match??

also, when I say help and it asks me for 

Enter the message number or SCCS command name

 what do they mean ? is there a list of keys which help accepts?

   .. there is not a FAQ, is there?
