A few Questions

Hi,

I'm a new GRASS user and I was wondering if there was a location where
an archive of old question--hopefully with answers-- are stored.  I'm
sure I'm not the first person to run across some of these.

Second:  Can someone tell me the name of a program that lets me change
the projection from Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area to something more
useful to me, like UTM or such?  And if you can tell me the name, can
you also tell me a URL where it can be found?
