Information on Buoy data?

Hello Kym,

	You can contact the National Oceanographic Data Center (operated by the
U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrtaion) at:

	http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/

	They maintain the Buoy Databases (as well as a whole bunch of really 
neat ocean databases).  On their home page they also have plenty of names that
you can contact through snail mail.
