Labels

Hi,

Is there a way to take the labels in my site file immediately as input 
for d.label or d.labels. 

I got a file that looks like

x|y|#n label

I want to put automatically the labels on the display or at least avoid 
to put maually my labels on the screen. Is there a tool to convert this 
immediately!
