When I use ps.map to print a raster map using the grayrast option on an HP Laserjet III with Newsprint to filter the postscript file, I get a very fine hatching for solid areas in the map, rather than a solid dark black. Anyone know why or how to make it solid? Bill Baker bakerwl at uwyo.edu
