Corretion of arial-photographs with mapcalc?

Dear GRASS-Users,

	I had a question from one of my students about the possibility
	of corrections of arial-photographs.

	1) Is it possible to manage this with mapcalc?
	   Is there someone, who did this before and who has
	   a mapcalc script?

	2) Is there another software, which can manage this job?
