Help with v.import

	Many thanks to all of you who responded to my
plea for help with v.import.  Yes, my W, E, S, N EDGES
were all screwed up.  Also, running v.support after the 
conversion as well as g.region got things going on the
monitor.

	I really appreciate the help!
