	I've made repeated attempts over the last two years or so :-(
	The closest I came to subscribing was when I got one number,
	but after that - nothing. I exchanged a couple of emails
	with Brenda Johnson (brenda at zorro.cecer.army.mil at that time).
	Can anyone help me?
