1994 Conf. Proceedings

Thanks to everybody for your enthusiasm and suggestions
regarding the prodeedings for the 9th Annual GRASS Conference.
I promise to post a message to The List when the proceedings
are completed. The delay has been in coercing authors to submit
final papers. To date, we still only have about half.

I will also do my darndest to put the proceedings on the moon,
probably in postscript format.
