Intergraph .DGN to GRASS conv.?

I have GRASS and I have some Intergraph design (.DGN) files with topo maps on

Hi Fred:

I had the same problem a short while back.  ARC/INFO can be used as the 
transfer mechanism.  Let me have your email address and we can discuss
