Your v.support error message looks to me like there are junk lines
in your dig_att/ file.  Something spewed some garbage in there.

In other words I believe your dig_att file has a line:

LAB2w9|dA     XAB/= -1771529.3476489484 2385391.4491144288        10

instead of a line:

L -1771529.3476489484 2385391.4491144288        10

check it out.  

Since the v.proj isn't actually building the topology it probably
didn't care (or didn't have an error message to tell you that it
did care).
so you didn't see this until v.support started to attach the labels to the
areas|lines
