LTPlus users: The dcx files that are on the moon server have
been reformatted and output as Encapsulated Postscript files.
You can get the manual in this form by getting the binary file
/grass/incoming/lpt_man_ps.tar.Z from moon.cecer.army.mil ftp site.
The compressed tar archive needs to be uncompressed and then the
files extracted with tar xvf .......
Then the twenty files (chapters) can be sent to a Postscript printer.
Chapter 19 is about 50% of the total pages (300?).

I did the conversion by editing in AmiPro in MS-Windows. If someone
wants a DOS floppy of the AmiPro document files let me know and
send a diskette and/or money and/or the address of an ftp site
I can ftp them to (they are too large to send as text e-mail).
WordPerfect may import these files fairly cleanly, but I cannot
guarantee that.

Hope this helps folks get started faster with LTPlus.
