Problems compiling r.rvi

GRASS Users:

Have been unable to compile the Contributed GRASS 4.1 Application 'r.rvi'
(CERL/raster), the most obvious omission is a local 'gis.h' which
closefile.c, main.c & model.c are missing!  The error messages displayed
are as follows, does any one know what is required to get this app
compiled?  Thanks.
