r.water.outlet wanted!

Hi:

Last week, I wrote a message about a problem with the r.water.outlet command, 
but my mail was wrong. In the following lines, I repeat that message:

I have read at the GRASS4.1.2 manuals that there is a command called 
r.water.outlet. I have installed GRASS4.1.2. from a CD_ROM and this command 
doesn't exit. Where can I get it?
