Most problems resolved BUT:d.mon

Hi Grassers,

Here I am again! No problems any more for the compilation. The only 
problems in the whole group of programs were!

i.points, i.vpoints and i.ortho.photo

So stupid things like in my last mail are resolved! 

BUT: if I start d.mon on my unix window on my Indigo(IRIX 5.2) I see 
that I have no monitors defined eventhough I have uncommented the two 
lines in the monitorcap and eventhough I compiled with the Iris defined
 as the display! Anyone some suggestions!
