hydrologic model for animal wastes

Agriculture model needed:
Tennessee needs a continous simulation, hydrologic model for 
animal wastes in a watershed using grass4.12.  We have 30 dairies
in need of animal waste disposal systems, and would like to
spatially model the loading of the receiving waters as is,
and after installation of the systems.


Any help you can provide would be graciously accepted,
