oracle-grass interface

I am working on developing a database with the Agricultural Research Service,
and am interested in linking GRASS with our ORACLE database.  There seems
to be a good deal of information on linking with the RIM database, but
so far I've found nothing on ORACLE.  

Any help people might have in evaluating the feasibilty of what I'm attempting, or any specifics on how to actually go about linking the two packages would
be much appreciated.
