USGS groundwater codes

Dear groundwater & grass users,
could anybody point me to an ftp-source, where I can access source codes
of USGS groundwater models, i.e. MT3D, PHREEQE and BALANCE are those that I
want to look at closer (before maybe buying a commercial version).

I am quite confident, that there should be a ftp site somewhere as they are 
in the public domain.
