Mapset copy

Hi all,
I have two seperate location  each with a mapset which I would like to
combine. The mapsets represent the same geographical area. The problem 
I encounter is the projections are different. 
I would like to copy mapset remnant into location kellerberrin and be of
projection UTM. 
Can anybody give me some help?
