Hi grassers:

I need information about how to load an 1973 mss image in GRASS, I tried to load it working with i.tape.other but the system doesn't recognize the tape format, I tried too with the Unix commands "dd" and "tar" and I get the same results.

I guess the band's format is BIP (Band Interleaved by Pixel). Does anybody know if GRASS can work with this kind of format? May I change this format to another like BSQ or BIL with some GRASS command?
