GRASS on HP

As somebody pointed out GRASS instalation guide does not have all
the information to compile on a HP machine. From my past experience
I have been successfully able to compile on a HP machine. I have 
documented my efforts on

moon.cecer.army.mil/grass/incoming/HP.trouble.shooting.Z

Any body trying to compile on HP may find this useful.
