GRASS - TABS

Dear grass-users
We are planning to use the US Army Coprs of Engineers TABS two-dimensional hydr
o
dynamic finite element modeling programme in order to model surface water eleva
t
ion and flow velocity in wetlands areas in Uruguay.

We also plann to make use of GRASS and see if it is possible to merge both prog
r
ammes. Before we start anything, the obvious question is if this has already be
e
n done or, at least, if somebody is planning to do it.

A second question is: where can we get the code of TABS? (ftp address if possib
l
e) 

Any answer about this is more than welcome!!
