Dear Jean-Francois,
you have to get the libraries etc. which are located in
/usr/grass4.1/src or similar.
There you should find these directories:
drwxr-xr-x 8 root other 512 Mär 13 19:03 CMD
drwxr-xr-x 40 root other 1024 Mär 13 18:36 display
drwxr-xr-x 5 root other 512 Mär 13 18:38 fonts
drwxr-xr-x 4 root other 512 Mär 13 19:29 front.end
drwxr-xr-x 16 root other 512 Mär 13 18:37 general
drwxr-xr-x 22 root other 512 Mär 13 18:38 imagery
drwxr-xr-x 2 root other 1536 Mär 15 11:59 include
drwxr-xr-x 22 root other 1024 Mär 13 19:07 libes
drwxr-xr-x 38 root other 1024 Mär 13 18:38 mapdev
drwxr-xr-x 14 root other 512 Mär 13 18:38 misc
drwxr-xr-x 8 root other 512 Mär 13 18:39 paint
drwxr-xr-x 47 root other 1024 Mär 13 18:39 raster
drwxr-xr-x 4 root other 512 Mär 14 16:37 scripts
drwxr-xr-x 7 root other 512 Mär 13 18:38 sites
In /usr/grass4.1/src/CMD/head there is a file "head" where you
have to change the path for the GRASS-4.1-source-code to your
local installation.
Create a directory for r.agnps like
/usr/grass4.1/src/r.agnps (or similar)
and start gmake4.1
After that you have to execute
/usr/grass4.1/src/CMD/MAKELINKS.head
That is all, the binaries are installed by the last command.
