HELP Request

I am the GIS Analyst for the Kittitas Reclamation District of Ellensburg,
Wash. and would like to be included in the list of grass users.  We use 
grass4.1.5, LTPus 2.0, Autocad R12, Trimble Pathfinder Pro GPS units.

I would like to stay abreast of new GRASS developments as they appear and
use them at KRD as applicable.  I am also interested in any "usenet" 
groups that other GRASS users use and also in Bulletin Board Systems where
I might be able to post questions, etc.

Also, I would like to now what online resources are available for GRASS
users for stuff like downloading new programs, manuals, etc.  Please reply
